Before I hired a women’s health coach, I endured period pain that:

• Had me blacking out on the bathroom floor

• Threatened every vacation and event on my calendar

• Kept me in bed for hours (not exactly ideal for working and living life)

Women’s health as a whole is still misunderstood, understudied, and underfunded.

It’s safe to say my passion for women’s health is personal.
